Ability To Be a Leader

People who understand their value in the fitness and ability they have no problems in responding to others and do not have the need to protect themselves from contact with others.
Very few, if any, were fooled by the facade of the “interests” that so many are trying to make.
Sometimes I wonder whether the so-called “important people” know how much harm they do to their image and their business.
Hey! I’m Important!
Sometimes I wonder whether the so-called “important people” know how much harm they do to their image and their business. They seem totally unaware of the fact that there are only two things they always difficult to achieve by personal ignorance and exposure accessible to manipulation by others. I am convinced that this might sound strange to most people like, because if they knew what impact it had on the image that they would not stick so hard to the behavior of the sad shape.
In this article I want some observations, comments and insights gathered from various sources on the topic of exactly how some drivers try to get a sense of their importance to communicate with others.
A comment often heard from fellow Lebanese who travel abroad is their admiration for the conduct of international senior executives who returned the call directly or through their assistants. They express surprise is even greater if the person whom they regard as ‘important’ really speaks to them directly and respectfully. Tone and attitude that they use to describe their experience shows that they were very positively impressed by the unexpected behavior.
The fact that many executives do not act this way in Lebanon and in other developing countries is not a matter of cultural differences as much as part of the economic and social fabric of society. People jobs and positions based on WHO they know rather than what they know. It is a matter of survival for people who got this job how you “protecting” them as much as possible to isolate from others. They see it as protecting their sources.
This “income protection” requires the development and refinement of the “hypocrisy” of art. They see their primary function as a ‘fun and praised the “source of income. They are so “Yes-yes-men and women of the highest order. It is a matter of survival. In return, the “important people” got a serious case of “tunnel vision” which he really believes that they are so nice if all those “yes-men,” she said.
Another finding is that some of those who are so accessible is usually a very insecure person that their current state by means other than personal qualifications or talent. This makes them want to keep people away from them so that others do not find the ‘truth’. So, they are now at the mercy of the people around them that will filter and edit information as it suits them. Telephone messages and written correspondence selectively filtered in accordance with the ‘agenda’ of the individual (s) in hand, or gatekeeper.
These ‘gatekeepers’ of information and communication flow is then in a strong position. They can determine what to pass, what to discard and how to ’tilt’ message to their advantage. If they “trusted” by their senior executives in a stronger position to people for their own benefit or the benefit of the people they support to manipulate. So where does that leave ‘important people’? Much depends on the integrity of the ‘gatekeeper’ and the ability of ‘important people’ in order to detect irregularities. ‘Important person’ ego is bigger he is more prone to manipulation. This is not to say that not many people are successful and very busy which really is not much free time.
However, the difference is that if they really competent and a healthy ego that they have no need to prove that they are important. Others know and honor them for their achievements. These people are our customers’ realize ‘and admit that they do not advocate an annoying to others or give them a trusted assistant forwards’, be more offensive to others.

But they need to do so in ways that maintain their good image and to recognize that people who call them all potential customers. Everyone has a circle of acquaintances, relatives and friends to whom they send the information and attitudes that will be accepted as more ‘correct’ it, they paid commercial advertisements placed through the media.
Return phone calls or respond to letters is much cheaper than a TV commercial or newspaper ads, and much more unusual. Therefore, do much to the corporate image that a practice on the phone and answer letters return is improving. Then it is no longer a problem to be amazed when it happens in Lebanon. Very few, if any, were fooled by the facade of the “interests” that so many are trying to make. But then, hypocrisy is as natural as breathing for so many. It is a question of survival after all.
Unfortunately, here in Lebanon, is still a great company, organization or Public Image Understanding how “the importance of” that was formed.
